The article «Molecular landscape of oral cancer in young adults» prepared by EPOY has been recently published in the Russian Journal of Genetics. This article indicates that oral cancer in young adults demonstrates molecular features different from those in elderly patients, while tongue cancer differs from other cancers in the oral cavity in molecular profile and should probably be considered a separate clinical form.
