Session «Early-Onset Cancer: Biological and Clinical Features»
The session is organized by the EPOY Consortium and hold as part of the VIII INTERNATIONAL FORUM OF ONCOLOGY AND RADIOTHERAPY.
The session “Early-Onset Cancer: Biological and Clinical Features” focuses on the growing global problem of cancers diagnosed in adults under the age of 45. The main goal of the session is to discuss the latest advances in understanding early-onset cancers occurrence, pathogenesis and the specifics of their treatment. The event promotes new collaborations and outlines future directions for research and clinical care for young adults.

The session “Early-Onset Cancer: Biological and Clinical Features” focuses on the growing global problem of cancers diagnosed in adults under the age of 45. The issue of rejuvenating cancer is much broader than early-onset oral cancer and encompasses other locations. Therefore, a decision was made to expand the consortium’s thematic scope and conduct scientific research and events on the issue of early-onset cancer in general.

The session “Early-Onset Oral Cancer: Biological and Clinical Features” explores the rising incidence of the disease (occurring in individuals under 45 years old), focusing on its distinct biological characteristics, clinical behavior, and potential etiological factors. The aim is to attract the attention of oncologists to the problem, highlight modern achievements in this field, discuss the scientific results obtained within the consortium, formulate new ideas and initiate new research.
