Рабочая встреча “ПРОБЛЕМА ЗЛОКАЧЕСТВЕННЫХ НОВООБРАЗОВАНИЙ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ МОЛОДОГО ВОЗРАСТА”
Несмотря на то, что рак считается болезнью пожилых людей, в последние десятилетия наблюдается рост заболеваемости среди молодых пациентов (18-44 лет), что сопряжено со значимыми социально-экономическими потерями. В Российской Федерации за последние 10 лет у молодых мужчин отмечен рост заболеваемости раком щитовидной железы (+135,3%), колоректальным раком (+29,7%), раком печени (+24,2%), меланомой (+23,8%) и раком почки (+21,6%), тогда как у молодых женщин — раком щитовидной железы (+94,3%), полости рта (+46,3%), колоректальным раком (+34,5%), раком молочной железы (+32,9%) и меланомой (+29,6%) (Zhuikova et al, Cancer Epidemiology, under review). При этом рост онкологической заболеваемости у молодых женщин выше, чем у мужчин в 2,2 раза. Злокачественные новообразования у пациентов молодого возраста, как правило, характеризуются более агрессивным течением и менее благоприятным прогнозом по сравнению с возрастными больными (Lopes-Júnior, Cancer Control 2025; Terry et al, Annual Review Public Health, 2026).

- Формирование исследовательского консорциума (на базе консорциума “Этиология и патогенез рака полости рта в молодом возрасте” с включением других онкологических заболеваний)

The session “Early-Onset Cancer: Biological and Clinical Features” focuses on the growing global problem of cancers diagnosed in adults under the age of 45. The main goal of the session is to discuss the latest advances in understanding early-onset cancers occurrence, pathogenesis and the specifics of their treatment. The event promotes new collaborations and outlines future directions for research and clinical care for young adults.

The session “Early-Onset Cancer: Biological and Clinical Features” focuses on the growing global problem of cancers diagnosed in adults under the age of 45. The issue of rejuvenating cancer is much broader than early-onset oral cancer and encompasses other locations. Therefore, a decision was made to expand the consortium’s thematic scope and conduct scientific research and events on the issue of early-onset cancer in general.

The aim is to attract the attention of oncologists to the problem, highlight modern achievements in this field, discuss the scientific results obtained within the consortium, formulate new ideas and initiate new research.
